Thomas E. Sears, Inc. was founded in 1919 on the premise that a combination of hard work with the rendering of prompt, efficient and accurate service will make for successful relationships between the company and clients.
The founder Thomas E. Sears, known to employees and clients alike as Tom, passed on his values and ideals to both of his sons Thomas E. Sears, Jr. and Richard W. Sears as they took reins of the family business. Tom Sears would be proud to see that his original ideas for the company have grown and expanded throughout the years.
Today Rick and Ben continue to embrace his strong sense of business ethics by providing top notch service while valuing employees that share the same drive and initiative.
